Quick & Easy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  • Split Red Lentils (3/4-1 cup per bowl)
  • Parsley
  • Mineral Salt
  • Add Organic Ginger Powder and Organic Curry Powder for that Extra Oomph!

Wash split red lentils. Add water (approx. 1.5X thumb nail from top of lentils) Bring to boil. Add parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Simple, Healthy & Very Tasty! :-)

Garlicky Kale, Sweet Potato, and Red Lentil Soup

Add sweet potatoes, red lentils, kale stalks, garlic cloves and dried basil into large pan. Fill with water and bring to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add kale leaves stirring until wilted. Blend. Season to taste.

  • Mosaic of sprouted green, brown, & black lentils
  • Ginger
  • Garlic 
  • Curry Powder
  • Parsley, Mineral Salt & Pepper.

Quinoa Miso Broth with Wakame Seaweed

Ingredients
  • Organic Quinoa
  • Organic Brown Rice
  • Miso Soybean Puree
  • Wakame Seaweed! :-)

Sweet Potato, Wild Rice, & Tomato Soup

Add sweet potatoes, wild rice, garlic cloves, tomato, and dried basil into large pan. Fill with water and bring to boil. Simmer for 40 minutes. Season to taste.

Cauliflower & Potato Soup

Add cauliflower, potatoes, garlic cloves and oregano into large pan. Fill with water and bring to boil. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Blend. Season to taste.

Dips & Spreads

​White Bean Avocado Dip/Spread

  • 1 Can White Beans (rinsed & drained)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Tahini
  • Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Water
  • Mineral Salt

Blend all ingredients together adjusting consistency with tablespoons of water.
Season with Mineral salt to your taste.
For canned beans try to buy Eden Organic as they are BPA free.
If you have time, fresh cooked beans are always best. 1 can equals 425g/ 15 oz.

Black Bean Dip/Spread with Sprouted Grain Tortillas

  • Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas
  • 2 cans Eden Organic Black Beans (drained)
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Juice of 2 whole Lemons
  • 8 Black Olives
  • Mineral Salt & Pepper

Blend all ingredients together adjusting consistency with tablespoons of water.
Season with Mineral salt & pepper to your taste.
Serve with steamed Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas.
