Looking for a healthy snack? This is one of my favorite: Homemade Organic Popcorn made with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, & seasoned with Mineral salt. Perfect movie companion!!!
- Mix 1/2x cup of organic popcorn kernels with 3x tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil in a large pan;
- Make sure all the popcorn kernels are well-coated with the extra virgin coconut oil;
- Put lid on pan and place over high heat;
- Lift pan and hold above heat when popping starts getting a little frenzy & pan starts steaming;
- Shake occasionally & remove when popping stops;
- Season with mineral salt.
