Bio
Oliver was born in Hong Kong from dual cultural parentage of Chinese and Danish. Like his grandfather and father before him, Oliver attended boarding school in England after which he read law at the University of Wales.
After graduating from University, Oliver pursued his love of cars and motor sports and became a professional racing driver competing in top class motor racing events such as the International Formula Three Championship.
As one of the only few international racing drivers at that time from Hong Kong, Oliver appeared on television as well as in numerous publications. His charisma and natural on-screen presence catapulted him into the entertainment industry during which time he traveled around the world hosting television shows, modeling, shooting television commercials, recording music, and making movies in Asia and Hollywood.
Leaving the glitz and glamor of Hollywood behind, Oliver returned to Hong Kong after being recruited by one of the Big Four accounting firms to assist with the legal aspects of the administration of a high profile estate. He later joined and practiced law with international and prestigious law firms. Oliver is currently a director of a company which is a member of a group of companies that have conducted business in China since the 1950's ( For more information on this please visit Olivertan.com ). He also assists and consults international business contacts in facilitating opportunities in Asia. Oliver is qualified to practice law in Hong Kong and holds a Masters Degree in Advanced Legal Practice with Distinction.
Oliver is a keen athlete and health proponent. He holds black belts in both judo and karate. He is also an accomplished photographer and artist. His beautiful works of art are featured in his art gallery.
Oliver is married to former Miss Hong Kong & Miss World participant Annamarie Wood.
